Professor Tom Spurling is Professor of Innovation Studies at the Centre for Transformative Innovation, Swinburne University of Technology.
He was a member of the CSIRO Board until June 2015 and is the Chair of the Board of Advanced Molecular Technologies Pty Ltd.
He is a Fellow of ATSE and was made a Member of the Order of Australia in 2008 for his contributions to national innovation policies.
