Global Heating | ACOLA Parliamentary Library Seminars
Global Heating
This seminar is part of a collaboration between the Parliamentary Library and the Australian Council of Learned Academies (ACOLA) to bring Australia’s leading minds from Australia’s Learned Academies and other experts to important topics of interest to Parliament.
This session was a conversation led by Professor Andy Pitman and Professor Lesley Head with both the domestic and international focus on the impacts of global heating on our society. The discussion follows the recent release of the IPCC report and the report from the Australian Academy of Science The risks to Australia of a 3°C warmer world.
