Today, the Australian Council of Learned Academies (ACOLA) announces the departure of our Chief Executive Officer, Ryan Winn. After nearly five years of dedicated service, Ryan is leaving to take up another opportunity.
During his tenure, Ryan has significantly contributed to ACOLA’s mission of advancing interdisciplinary research, and promoting collaboration among and through Australia’s Learned Academies. His vision and commitment have been instrumental in driving interdisciplinary research perspectives being central to Australian policy debates.
Dr Katherine Woodthorpe, the Board Chair, said Ryan will remain in the position until mid-May.
“We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Ryan’s tireless efforts, and wish him success in his future endeavours.”
The Board will soon commence the search for a new CEO to continue ACOLA’s important legacy.
